Matthew has started to role play stories over the last week or two by mimicking different voices for different characters. He's probably picked this up from me, as I have been pretending his bath toys have different voices and accents when playing with them during his bath time. When we were driving home from Peppa Pig World on Wednesday, Louise bought Matthew a Toy Story book in a service station, and Matthew was happy to look at the pictures and make up his own story (as he can't yet read) while telling it in the voices of the characters. He also did the same with a story in the Disney Cars magazine on the journey too, and again this weekend with his teddy and toy giraffe - giraffe has a high, squeaky voice and teddy has a deeper, growly voice.
Matthew also recognised a letter "A" today, so he now knows at least four letters. Only 22 to go, then!
