Fancy dress

Matthew had to dress up again today for nursery,  the second time in three weeks following Hallowe'en.  This time it was for Children In Need and Matthew had to pay a donation of £1.  We looked for a Woody (Toy Story) costume for him, but the ones available didn't have a real hat, just a two-dimensional paper one, so Louise bought a green dog costume from Home Bargains.

The dog has a tail at the back (not shown in the picture) and a hood-style head, but is otherwise just a top so Matthew was able to wear his own trousers.

During the day, Matthew met Pudsey Bear and had his photograph taken with the group, which apparently will appear in the Guardian newspaper next week!

NB The dog costume also has a padded tummy - Matthew's not actually that fat!
