Mqtthew

As I recently mentioned, Matthew now enjoys drawing and writing, and has really taken to his LeapFrog Scribble and Write which Louise bought him for Christmas.  I have to admit that when Louise first showed me it, I didn't think Matthew would play with it much as he's never been into electronic toys and has always preferred his cars and trains.  Clearly I was wrong, as he now uses it on a daily basis, sometimes for long periods.  He enjoys drawing the pictures and copying the letters, so has now started to learn lower case letters as well as upper case and has bizarrely mastered most of the end of the alphabet (he drew a U and a V for me today, W was his first letter, and he also knows X and Z).

The only problem is that he's started to mix up his letters now he's getting used to lower and upper case.  He's become used to writing lower case "a",  and draws this as a circle with a tail, but has got this mixed up with upper case Q so now often presses the Q button on Scribble and Write when trying to write his name!
